Two Eggs & Bacon*
I had the two eggs & beacon breakfast. It came with your choice of home fries or hash browns (home fries for us) , two eggs with cheese cooked to your style (scrambled hard for us) and two pieces of toast your choice of bread (wheat bread with butter and strawberry jam for us) and 6 strips of beacon. I added a side of scrapel and grits. My wife had the exact same order. Let me tell you all! It was the WOW FACTOR! Simplely amazing food, taste great. I added a little bit of salt n pepper but otherwise it was on point. This is our weekend spot to go to now for breakfast! We live in Nokesville area and do not mind travelling the distance to get a good cooked breakfast. My hat's off to the chefs in the back cooking. I know a good cook is hard to come by. You have to e passionate about food and love what you do daily. Not everyone that says they can cook is a chef. Trust me on that one. The staff, and our waitress was outstanding. We had no wait time and was seated for a table of 6. Drinks came of right away and we placed our order food was ready in minutes. We going back to try the lunch and dinner menu for sure. So I will post another review for that. I highly recommend Bob & Edith's diner. I have been to the original one in Arlington VA. I lived there all my life to our recent move this area 10 years ago. That diner on corner across from the 7/11 is an icon and always been a popular spot in north Arlington. I am glad they have expanded to our area and still growing. The one thing I would think about doing is "buying the place next door and expand Manassas diner... It's going to blow up when the word really gets out there, you can get real home cooked breakfast for one hell of a price and it tastes good and fulfilling. For a party of six we left before tip $88 and change. ? Yes that is correct! For the cost and taste you can not go wrong with this diner. Your going to love it! Keep up the good work, you guys rock! You have made our family now your new regulars! ??? I see nothing but big things happening for this establishment in the future. I need to get my family a VIP CARD..lol

The tuna melt sandwich was ok, tuna, cheese and grilled rye. No sides, just two pickles. The service was excellent.

"They have preserved the old school taste of a diner. This was my first visit, I had Breakfast, it was perfect, hot, and delicious!! So many places can’t make over medium (with firm whites and the yoke dipping hot!!) Fresh and soooo good! I can’t wait to go back!"
